A journalist and a musician meet in Latina (Italy) in 2005 and decide to start a musical broadcast on local TV.
The program is initially dedicated to the realities of the area and then moves on to hosting musicians from all over Italy who will help to tell, through interviews and performances, different ways of experiencing art from the second post-war period to the beginning of the 21st century.
The docu-film is also an opportunity to talk about the language evolution of local televisions, from birth to switch-off to digital terrestrial, and cultural activities in the Pontine province.
